Hi race fans!! Well this
week saw us at Daytona Night. We all got away really well until yours truly got
into some problems and hit the inside wall off turn 4. The car was damaged and I
lost a lap. Things went from bad to worse when I was running low and tried to
stay away from the leader when GrandPa, my own teamie, hit me and spun. He lost
2 laps and again I messed up later spinning when entering the pits due to too
much rear end brake bias and caused more mayhem. GP finished well in the top 10,
and I by the grace of God got 11th. My apologies to all.
01/07/05 "A
great run for the DBOSS Salvage finishing Second in tonight's Truck Race at
Tally... Just surviving there is a feat in its self, just ask GrandPa and I hehe
!!!!!!!
WTG Bud, Great run....and Bruce with a well deserved top 10!! He could of easily
got into trouble but he hung in there for a top 10 finish!!!!!!!
Great job guys

Hello BMM fans!! Today's report from the Christian Cup.
Not a great day for GP and
I. Hit the wall and started to overheat and had to pit
early. Took off some tape and away I went but went down
2 laps. I spun again, not bringing out yellow and got
lapped again. The leaders were really quick and with a
long green run, I went down another lap, which should
have been my only one. I then spun again toward the end
and lost another lap, thus finishing 5 down.
GrandPa had a good
run until a disco put him 4 laps down. He was given laps
back but still ended the day 1 down. BMM have not had a
great run in the CC and I am just amazed how fast these
cup guys are, running 200 mph laps at Michigan (not
BR!). I saw a few 196s and 7s when the car was good, so
I just need to be more careful. GP is running 14th
and I am 21st. The points are close with last
place at 27th 399 points behind the leader.

I am a bit
behind
with the news here. Welcome John McClellan "GrandPa" to the team!! Just amazing,
raced cars for real and will be a real asset to the team. His bio page will be
updated soon.
All news more than 2 months old
will be moved to the archive page.
Congratulations to John Harding on
his first CR win!! Fantastic. Also, we will have a news letter as well and I
will be keeping the stats as up to date as possible. Most of us are in a new
season, and the latest is the
BOSS series using the Busch mod and
short tracks. Lots of yellows but great racing.
The BMM setup page has been
updated with GPL, NSR, F1C and NR2003. Password only, members see the forum and
new forum members are welcome. Please, do not join just to use the setups, you
will be banned and the password changed.

Well, how exiting to have a new member, Dwayne Brown join
BMM!! A HUGE WELCOME!!! The bio page is updated and
the links are fixed up as well. Still have some tuning to
do, but on the whole the page is going just nice!

OK, the Christian Busch Series
has entered the final 5 races. There are now 2 races within
the championship. The first is the Chase to the Championship
and the other is Chase to 11th. Unfortunately BMM all
finished out of the top 10 but there is a chase to 11th. I
have the results for the race now in a Chase page which will
show the top 20 guys battling it out.

From Dennis Salvage:
"Hey Gang!
How's everybody doing?
Tom had a third place podium finish in the Grand Prix event at Osteriechring
last night!
He is getting faster with every race... beats the pants off of me for sure.
Way to go Tom!

Well, we had a mixed race on Thursday at the Timeless Series. I had my first
ever win at CR in Race 2 at Kansas, but got too close to Dennis Salvage while
passing under him. We both thought we had room, I drifted up a bit, Dennis went
to go down behind me to get the draft, plus there was probably a bit of the
dreaded warp and Dennis got pushed up into the wall, ending his day. I felt
terrible. (Report by Mike).

I have
started to add more setups, there should be about 150 by the time I am
finished, that is 50 tracks per class, and within these zip files there are many
files, so we could end up with over 600 setups online!!
Also, Dennis Milne showed them how at Riverside and team BMM
are leading the points too!! Congrats guys, well done!!

Well, happy new year and welcome to 2005!
I have some updates for the last CBS race and the World
Racing Series. Here is the CBS blurb:
John Harding had this to say:

"In practice I spun 5 times and my speeds were off of the leaders by a good 3 to
4 mph. Mikes cat got stung on the nose and I ended up Starting in the back
third of the field. Dennis started (insert here) I was hoping for just a good
run where I finished the race in one piece. Well as, has been the story all
year long the race got off to a rough start with many cautions. I unfortunately
ended Dalton Gang's night as I pushed up into him destroying his car. However
me and my BMM teamies some how came through this and the other early mishaps and
had a 1,2,3, restart early on. It was short lived though as I soon figured out
I had flat spotted my tires avoiding the most recent mishap and I quickly fell
back in the field. Mike ran strong all race long and looked to keep the CR boys
hoping like an Australian Kangaroo running from Godzilla. I was hoping for a
caution so I could repair my scalded eagles. Then all of a sudden it happened a
spinner straight AHEAD!!! YEE HAW. Then the lights went out in Georgia and
next thing you know I was staring my Desktop square in the eyes. Mean while
my teamies were loving life up front with all the CR Best. When I finally
returned to the race I was four laps down and determined as ever to get some
laps back. Mike and Dennis were still hammering a way in the top ten and I was
near the last of the running autos. With some luck I managed a pass on the
leader during a restart and got an immediate caution. Then on the next restart
Mike was leading and held them off while I attempted another lap back pass on
him,, with a resultant caution. That’s two,, and I received the Holy Hound,
Pontiff Pup, Christly Canine, Pass to make the trifecta. Well as the race was
drawing to a close and cautions becoming less frequent, Mike and Dennis were
still having a grand time battling the likes of Mudslicks and Raylog
respectively.
We received another caution that put me
right behind the Dreaded UHAUL #6 machine and to his outside the Raylog
express. Carlton apparently had some damage as he stayed extremely low on the
restart. Raylog stayed high and I shot my Cobalt Chevy through there like NFL
back looking for the end zone. That's when I finally evened up with the field as
another caution came soon and put me in position to see the top 10 again. I
battled to 6th before a race ending caution. That’s my story and I'm sticking to
it...
and World Series......
"Team boss Dennis Salvage and I each had great runs, in different races today in
the World Series at Talladega! In the first race, I hit on a great setup that
was allowing me to pass on the outside without much effort. I teamed up with
Kevin (Daltongang) in the #9 Coors Thunderbird and we ran away from the field.
I led about 3/4 of the race, until it was time to pit.... pitting is NOT my
strong suit!! Actually, the pit stop went great, and the crew chief even uttered
those words that I have only heard once before, "Way to go! We nailed that
one!", but the driver of the #54 Gibson Guitars Monte Carlo was so excited
that he exited pit road and went right out onto the track and got a black flag
for leaving the pits dangerously. Oh well, I will never do that again!! It
sure was nice being able to run with LostOkie for once, and I ended up taking
home a 4th place finish!
In the second race, D-Boss ran a great race, but got the short end of a
short-pit by LostOkie and JohnnyM112, and ol' #55 had no drafting help once he
got back on the race track. I was no help to him, because on the 2nd lap, I
bump drafted my race partner from the first race a little too close to turn 3 and
it sent us both spinning and my car was junk, so D-boss was on his own.
I am going to post my setup to the website as soon as I am done with this post.
If anyone downloads it, they may want to up the tire pressures one or two
clicks as LostOkie was faster than me, but I could stay in his draft during
practice. " By our own Troy Young.
Thanks guys for the updates!

Ok, I have been a bit slack of late, but I have updated some pages
and we have a new member, Gary Lampman. We are getting strong!!
Please let me know of any errors, like links sending you to the wrong page
etc. Thanks
05/12/04
Started to put some pics of us in the Bio page. Me and T.R. Young are the
first. Just click on the car pic and you will be taken to the details page.
29/11/04
I have posted our newer member Bruce Hawkins on our drivers page!!
28/11/04
Gary Kendall has posted some Truck/88 Mod Watkins Glenn setups!!
26/11/04
All the drivers have their own pages now with details of 2 of the
Leagues they are in. Other info will surface, like pictures and so on soon!!
Also, some GNS setups have been updated.
25/11/04
Ok. We have started a new series about 2 weeks ago, and I will be
covering the CBS Series, plus news as to how BMM are going in their individual
series. Just go to the Standings Page and you will find the new season. I have
had a very bad start. I could not log onto Race 1 and crashed 4 laps into Race 2
.
Also, the drivers bio pages are being updated as well, and should have new
data etc in the next few days.
10/11/04
Got some new setups happening and modified the Driver Information page so the
text does not overlap. There is a fix for this, but I do not know what it is, so
if anyone does, let me know!! Also there is more info on each driver being added
as quickly as possible. Also, I will try to add a drivers results page, like how
we went each week and list Top 5 and Top 10 results etc. Also, some links are a
bit wrong too
29/10/04
We have a new download page with some setups, OK Atlanta only at this stage, but
it is even password protected. Go to our members only forum to get it.
08/10/04
Due
to other commitments I need to cut back a bit with racing and the content of
this web page. I will concentrate on the CBS series, which finishes soon and the
Timeless Series. I will not be keeping records of World Racing. This web site
was originally designed to be a teaching and resource center for Christians and
those curious about the Christian faith. I will be keeping BMM going, but my
input will be lessened.
05/10/04
Sad time for BMM, we lost two
members, Lazy J and Nighthawk. We wish them the very best for the future and
great racing. On a happy note, T.R. Young has signed up with us with his Gibson
Guitar sponsored Chevy. Welcome!!
29/09/04
BMM fill three of the top 10 at today's CBS race at Atlanta.
